[NEWS] AKB48 Youngest Members Form “Denden Muchu!” Sub-Unit
The surprise announcement, made during the AKB48 Young Member Zenkoku Tour ~Mirai wa Ima Kara Tsukurareru~ concert at Saitama Super Arena, both shocked and delighted fans. The line-up of Denden Muchu! [でんでんむChu!] are set to include Nana Owada, Mion Mukaichi, Yuiri Murayama, Saya Kawamoto, Megu Taniguchi, Nako Yabuki and Miku Tanaka.
Nana Owada shares “I was surprised and moved to tears… the name sort of seems like a joke… but I’m really happy.” Denden Muchu!’s debut song is set to be coupled with AKB48′s 40th single Bokutachi wa Tatakawanai which hits shelves on May 20th.
