[NEWS] Nogizaka46 Back on Track with Brand New TV Show
Last week it was announced that the long-running Nogizaka46 television show Nogizakatte, Doko? [乃木坂って、どこ?] would be coming to an end in an announcement that shocked fans and members of the pop idol group alike. The variety show hosted by the Bananaman comedy duo, Osamu Shitara and Yuki Himura, aired on the TX Network will end it’s 4-year run which started in October of 2011.
This weekend it was confirmed the show will be coming to a close with a final airdate of April 12th. The hosts mourned the loss of the show on air with tears flowing freely from their faces moments before Shitara announced the pair would be hosting a brand new show beginning April 19th at the same timeslot still featuring the girls of Nogizaka46. Members of Nogizaka46 in the panel sighed in relief and wiped away their tears grateful that their time in the spotlight hadn’t yet faded.
The as-yet-named Nogizaka46 variety show will air in the exact same timeslot as the currently existing show however formatting and segments are expected to change.
